A punchy yet balanced coffee with lots of rich milk and dark chocolate notes, really sings as the base for milkies.

This is a lovely, smooth and chocolatey blend of Brazilian Santos Arabica, Ethiopian Djimmah Arabica and Indian Cherry Robusta coffee beans.

The result of this blend is a bold but balanced and smooth coffee, perfect as a house espresso blend, and as a lovely easy drinking cafetiere or stove top coffee. Also great for espresso-style coffee via Aeropress, using the standard non-inverted method.

How it Tastes

Although this is a classic Italian blend in terms of the mix of Arabica and Robusta, the mix of processing methods, and the medium/dark roast profile, lead to a punchy yet smooth and balanced espresso which has lots of milk chocolate and dark chocolate notes that are really enhanced with milk. I can drink this all day long, and I usually do ;-).

This is what I class as my "house espresso" blend, and I usually have several Kilos of this in the studio. It's very enjoyable, for the balance is just right, and the fact that it's inexpensive doesn't hurt, either!

Brazil Ethiopia & India

This is a blend of carefully chosen high quality coffees including Brazilian Santos Arabica, Ethiopian Djimmah Arabica and Indian Cherry Robusta. The thoughtful blending & roasting of these beans produces a delectable, punchy yet luxurious rich, chocolatey coffee that is very forgiving for espresso, and works amazingly for milkies.

Having just begun my coffee journey after purchasing a Ninja Cafe Luxe I've been searching to find my ideal beans.

I've previously tried Millionaires Shortbread and Marzipan Truffle blends each time following the 'barista assist' on my machine to a T and never being overly happy with the results, they were fine but I never pulled a consistent tasting shot.

Trying the Chocolate Brownie blend on the recommended setting from 'Coffee Kev' on you tube over the Ninja barista assist has been a total game changer, the coffee tastes chocolatey and fudgy - it is (for me) the perfect tasting espresso.

Maybe going forward I'll use barista assist as a guideline but not be scared to ignore it to try and get that perfect shot

Brownie Delight

Couldn't really smell the brownie in the coffee, but after grinding it their was hint of baking in the air, a lovely double shot of expresso and there it was the chocolate brownie aroma.
After adding a frothy portion of hot milk to finish off my cappuccino, the taste was absolutely delightful.
Can't wait to try other blends.

Great everyday coffee

Came across Kev on Youtube which directed me to the Coffeeworks, thought I'd try the Chocolate Brownie Blend coffee a few months ago and it's became my staple coffee. Quick delivery, great value for money and most importantly really enjoy the taste in my regular daily milk based drink.

We are so pleased that you are enjoying our delicious Chocolate Brownie Blend :-)
