Christmas & New Year 2023 Delivery Information 

Orders received up to and including 2pm on Friday 22nd December will be despatched before Christmas. If you place an order on 22nd, although it will be posted it probably won't arrive by Christmas so we'd recommend ordering by Monday 18th December if you want your coffee delivered before Christmas.

Any order received after 2pm on Friday 22nd December will be despatched on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

If you have a subscription and a repeat order is due to trigger between 22nd December and 31st December and you'd like to get it before Christmas then you can bring it forward to 22nd December or earlier in your online account or email us and we can do it for you.

Delivery is free for orders with a product value of £10 or more. For orders with a product value of under £10, the delivery cost is £3.25.

Delivery is by Royal Mail second class unless DPD is selected.

Orders received by 3pm are dispatched on the same day. Please note, we only dispatch orders on working days, Monday to Friday, and this excludes bank holidays.

You will received a notification as soon as your order is dispatched, with a Royal Mail tracking link.

If you do not receive this notification by the end of the day of order, or by the end of the next day if your order is placed after 12pm, (please check your spam folder) please get in touch so that we can investigate.
