Delivery Information

 

Delivery is free for orders with a value of £10 or more. For orders under £10, the delivery cost is £3.25.

Delivery is by Royal Mail tracked 48, unless DHL next working day delivery is selected. Please note that all orders over 2kg will be sent by DHL.

Royal Mail 48 deliveries are usually delivered within two working days, and are also delivered on Saturday's, however please note that this isn't guaranteed.

Royal Mail's official description of the delivery time for Royal Mail 48 is: "Aims to deliver in two to three working days."

Weekends

Orders placed after the order cut off time on a Friday, and orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched on Monday.

Please note, we only dispatch orders on working days, Monday to Friday, and this excludes bank holidays.

Order Cut Off Times

While we'll always do our best to dispatch orders on the same day, our official cut off for same day dispatch is 3pm for Royal Mail, 2pm for DHL (DHL do not deliver at weekends).

Tracking Links

You will received a notification as soon as your order is dispatched, with a Royal Mail or DHL tracking link.

If you do not receive this notification by the end of the day of order, or by the end of the next day if your order is placed after 12pm, (please check your spam folder) please get in touch so that we can investigate.
