CHRISTMAS CLOSURE DATES

We recommend ordering on or before Friday, the 19th of December at 2 pm, for Pre-Christmas delivery. 

We will be dispatching on Monday, the 22nd; however, we can't guarantee that all orders placed after the 19th will be dispatched on the 22nd or will be delivered before Christmas Day.

After this, the following Royal Mail collections are on Monday the 29th, and then Friday the 2nd of January, and back to normal from Monday the 5th.

Delivery Info. UK (Includes Northern Ireland)

RM24 Delivery is free on coffee orders of £10 or more. For orders under £10, the delivery cost is £3.25. 

All orders are now sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This is a tracked delivery service with a next working day delivery aim (not a guarantee).

Please note: Free delivery is based on the value of coffee only. Gift cards don’t count towards the free delivery threshold.

Delivery Info. Republic of Ireland

Delivery to Ireland is via Royal Mail International Tracked, and the cost is £5 for all orders over £10, and £8.50 for orders under £10.00 (or the current equivalent in Euros).

This is a tracked service with a delivery aim of 3-5 days.

Weekends

Orders placed after the order cut-off times on a Friday, and on Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched Monday (except for bank holidays).

Please note that we only dispatch orders on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Order Cut Off Times

Our aim is to dispatch all orders the same day, up to 2 pm. This is an aim, not a guarantee.

We achieve this aim most of the time, but all of our coffee is roasted by hand in small batches, so during very busy periods, it's possible that some orders will be dispatched the next working day.

If you do not receive this notification by the end of the day of order, or by the end of the next day if your order is placed after 12pm, (please check your spam folder) please get in touch so that we can investigate.
