This is perfect for a subscription so you'll get something different every month and you'll also save 12% on the normal price as well but it also works equally well as a one time purchase if you just want a bit of a surprise.

By the way, if you're an espresso machine user, and you've signed up to a discovery subscription before and were disappointed to find out that some of the coffees each month really weren't suitable for espresso, fear not!

All of the coffees we're choosing for the discovery bundle are suitable for home espresso, along with bean to cup coffee machines, cafetiere and Aeropress.

Rest assured our monthly guest coffee has the same high standards as all of our coffees, quality is never compromised.

Monsooned Malabar India

If you've never tried Monsooned Malabar, you really should try it, and this is your perfect opportunity to give it a go :-).

This is a coffee all coffee lovers should experience, it's the kind of coffee our ancestors would have tasted. Due to the way it was originally stored and shipped via the East India Company, it had a particular flavour.

When shipping methods were modernised, the conditions were less harsh on the beans, leading also to a reduction in the characteristic flavour notes.

The Monsooning process was developed in order to mimic the conditions that the beans would have been stored and shipped in, by storing them in open warehouses during monsoon season.

As a result, Monsooned coffee tastes like very few other coffees these days, with bold flavour notes including cedar wood, molasses & tobacco!

Will this be your new favourite, not necessarily, but you'll probably be glad you experienced it!

Please note - You'll probably want to grind quite a bit finer with this one, if you're switching from an espresso blend.

Classic Italian Blend

A classic Italian espresso blend of Brazilian Arabica and Indian Robusta, but blended in a way which achieves the classic Italian espresso profile without being a dark oily roast, making it friendly for automatic bean to cup coffee machines.

So far I’ve only tried the guest coffee which I believe is a Costa Rican coffee and it would be great if you stock it on a permanent basis

I started the discovery bundle because i wanter to try different coffees, with the aim of settling for one later, be it single origin, or blend. It seems to be working just fine.
