October 2025: Bourbon Biscuit Blend & Millionairres Shortbread Honduras.

The guest coffee for October is Bourbon Biscuit Blend.

This is a blend of Arabica beans from Brazil and Colombia, along with Indian Cherry Robusta, and the result is lovely chocolatey & biscuity coffee with a big mouthfeel. For me, as espresso or Americano, the main notes I get are Bourbon biscuits. As a flat white, though, the sweetness of the milk produces a flavour note of milk chocolate Viennese whirls!

Each month along with the guest coffee, we rotate through one of the coffees from our range, and this month it's Millionairres Shortbread Honduras.
