August 2025: Blue Ayarza Guatemala & Choc and Nut Colombia

The guest coffee for August 2025 is Blue Ayarza Guatemala, an 86.5 SCA scoring natural produced in the Santa Rosa Region of Guatemala.

This is a bright and complex coffee with fruity & even boozy taste notes, including hints of mulled wine.

Altitude: 1600 - 2000m
Varietals: Anacafe 14 & Bourbon
SCA Score: 86.5

Each month along with the guest coffee, we rotate through one of the coffees from our range, and this month it's Choc & Nut Colombia.
