RHINO ACCUTEMP MILK THERMOMETER STRIP

£0.00

These are stick-on thermometer strips for milk jugs, so you can make sure you’re never burning your milk.

They’re inexpensive, they’re quick, very easy to read, and they’ll remain on your jug thanks to the decent adhesive they use.Why you’d want to use one of these instead of the more standard probe milk thermometer, I’d say two reasons, hygiene and convenience.

The metal probe thermometers are fine, but if you’re not careful they can end up with a build up of old dried-on milk, so the stick-on ones are probably more hygienic from that perspective.

The main thing I like about the stick-on thermometers is that they don’t get in your way when you’re steaming milk, so in that respect they’re way more convenient.

These ones from Rhino are really easy to read, so it’s easy to see what temperature you’re taking your milk too, and they’re fast at displaying the current temp, which is helpful. In fact I think these are faster to display the readings than most of the probe thermometers.

They display the temp in C and F, with readings from 45-70C, which is a range plenty big enough. If you think you need a higher reading than 70, by the way, you’re burning your milk!
