This is a very nice looking, and great performing electric gooseneck kettle for pourover, I've had one of these for a few years, and I really rate them when it comes to overall performance and pouring precision. 
As far as temperature control kettles go, I think the Brewista  one is one of the most capable, and has some great features, for me the wide temperature range is great, and the keep warm setting I find very handy, along with the fast boil feature. 
I've never used the keep warm function for the max one hour, usually I just use it to keep it at the desired brew temp while I'm faffing about grinding etc., or if I'm doing multiple brews at one time to do blind tasting for example, but I've found this function particularly helpful.
The only thing I'm not overjoyed about with mine is that the timer setting is a bit fiddly, but they've updated the base and the interface, and while I have to put my hands up and say that I've not actually used this version with the updated base, from what I can ascertain they've made the timer much easier to use.
I do wonder if they could have made them a bit more compact where footprint is concerned, if I'm honest, as this is a 1L kettle that takes up a footprint of approx 38 x 23.5cm. 
Having said that, the footprint is due to the wider and shorter shape they've gone for with this kettle, which is responsible for the fact that it's so sturdy on the base, and you'd have to try incredibly hard to knock it over.
