This is a chocolatey, fruity & sweet single origin coffee from the ElDorado coffee farm in Alta Mogiana, or "Alta Mogiana Mineira" as the region is usually now referred to as.

This is a region of Brazil known for stunning coffees, known particularly for producing coffee with natural sweetness, thanks to both the elevation & the mild year-round climate this area usually enjoys.

Thanks to the combination of the region itself, and the specialist coffee farming knowledge passed down from generation to generation, there are some outstanding coffee farms in this area of Brazil.

One of these is Fazenda Eldorado (Eldorado farm), on which multiple generations of the Faleiros family have been producing coffee for over a hundred years. 

This coffee is 100% Red Catuaí Arabica, grown at an altitude of approx 1,205 metres above sea level, and processed using the natural, pulped natural and honey processing methods.

It has an SCA cupping score of 83, and the certifications 4C, Rainforest Alliance & Premium Cup of Excellence.
