This is a single-origin coffee from El Salvador.
The farm this coffee is grown on is called Tapantugusto, which means something along the lines of "full of clouds", in reference to the high altitude of the area, which is in Juayua in the Apaneca–Ilamatepec mountain range of the west region of El Salvador.
The farm has been managed & owned by Republica Cafetalera since 2007. They have maintained the variety as Bourbon as they believe in the unique quality that Bourbon brings.
These beans are certified RFA, SHG & EP.
RFA: Rainforest Alliance.
SHG: Strictly High Grown
EP: European Preparation - meaning that the green beans are hand-sorted to remove foreign objects and defective beans.
Just ok , my second least fav next to Cranberry and toffee but I really do enjoy all the other beans in Kevs shop and will be a life long customer
Nice. I drink it using a Sage machine and have finally found out the best amount to use.
Have to say after buying a Sage Touch I thought I would try a "proper" coffee. Loved this coffee Kev it jumped out at my taste buds. After a hard day at work this is my little piece of paradise.
As the title says, another tasty coffee, I have had about 6 now and all have been enjoyable.
