This is a medium roasted single origin organic Arabica coffee from Guatemala.
This coffee comes from a farm called Finca Bramen, in the beautiful highlands of the Baja Verapaz Department in Guatemala - home of the Mario Dary Biotope Preserve, which preserves native species including the national bird of Guatemala, the Resplendent Quetzal.
Finca Bramen is managed by Edwin Wolmers, a 5th generation coffee farmer with German heritage.
Edwin fell in love with the farm as a child, when the farm was managed by his Dad, and is dedicated to continuing to produce fantastic quality coffees while helping to improve the life of workers and the surrounding community.
The decision was made to go all organic in 2013, in order to improve sustainability, soil & water quality, and ensure harmony with the local environment and neighbours.
Didn't have a great experience with this one. Difficult to dial-in, slightly sour.
Really like this coffee it’s so drinkable it’s gone already!
